A. When you buy from a hearing aid center you are paying for more than the device. You are paying for the service (3-5 years) in advance, and more. They bundle the package and that’s why the average costs are so high. You are looking at approximately $100.00 per hour and with our system we cut out a lot of the fat and pass the savings on to you.

Q.How much time do you need to adjust to the Sound AMP (s)?

A. Each person’s experience will vary, each hearing loss is unique. Most people adjust over time and that’s why we include a 60 day trial period. Through the process of acclimatization the listener’s ability to comprehend speech may continue to increase over a period of several months.

Q. Do the Sound AMPs come with a manufacturer's warranty?
A. Yes, included is a one year warranty that covers parts and labor charges.

Q. Do you have a service department?

A. The Sound AMP should produce around 200 hours of battery life and you can purchase

batteries anywhere, like your local pharmacy, Target, Wal-Mart, etc.

Q. What is the difference between the personal Sound AMP and a regular hearing aid?

A. Our circuit was created for the music industry. Musicians needed a high fidelity sound and a much wider frequency range so they could hear notes and tones during a performance.

A. No. This is a unique product that is only sold through our web site online. Our business

model is to provide consumers with a quality product at a much lower cost. In fact if we were to

sell our products at a local retail location you would pay around $4,500 for a pair.

Q. Do you take insurance?

A. No, we give you a purchase receipt that you can mail to your insurance company.

Q. Do you ship your products outside of the USA?

A. Yes, anywhere around the world. Keep in mind the shipping charges will vary.

Q. Do your Sound AMPs eliminate background noise?

A. No and just to let you know, no hearing aid on the market eliminates background noise.

If any hearing aid eliminated background noise it would not sound natural to thae user, only

hearing words and no other noises like birds or cars or planes flying by. Our products are very comfortable and you can adjust the volume anytime.

Q. What does the Sound AMP look like?

A. The Sound Amp is very small only 3/4” and it is placed behind your ear. Once it is in place it

is very secure and the good news is it is very discreet, no one will know you are wearing it. They

come in 2 colors Beige and Black/Grey.
