To return an item for a refund, you must get an RMA #.
Your return package must be post marked on or before the 60th day of your purchase in order for you to qualify for the refund.
Once we receive the item(s) we will issue your refund. Your refund will be for the entire amount of the original invoice, less the shipping fees and the $50 re-stocking fee. Your refund will be credited back to the account to which it was charged.
Please follow the steps below in order to obtain your RMA #:
1-Go to www.personalsoundamplifier.com
2-In the top right corner, click on My Account
3-Log in to your account by typing in the email address and password you specified at the time of checkout. If you forgot, you can find this information listed on the invoice that was emailed to you when you made your purchase.
4-In the Track Your Recent Orders section, click on the View Details link for the order you would like to initiate the RMA for.
5-Once in the order, click on the Add New RMA button.
6-Choose the number of items you want to return in the Order Items section.
7-In the Order Return Options section, choose the Reason and Method for return.
8-Once you are done, click on Save RMA.
9-You will be sent an email with an RMA #.
10-DO NOT send your item(s) back until you receive an additional email notifying you that your RMA has been authorized. This Authorization Email will contain instructions on how and where to send your items back. Follow all of these instructions carefully to ensure your refund.
